• Nominees must reside or work in Hampton Roads
• Nominees can be male or female
  
• 200+ Men members are excluded from consideration
  
• The John Lewis award is only open to Black males who have not graduated from high school

Nomination Process

• The submission should be a short writeup (no more than one page) that highlights the nominee’s accomplishments
  
• Liberal use of “bullets” and “white space” are encouraged
  
• A member can make nominations in multiple categories
• A member can have only one nominee per category
